OWNER PERSONNEL
Where owners have competent operating and management personnel, we provide guidance and assistance for self-commissioning.
Self Commissioning is acceptable to LEED, and involves your personnel early in the building process. With assistance in design team goal setting and design review, your qualified operations and maintenance (O&M) personnel will enhance their operations knowledge.
Through the commissioning process, O&M people take personal ownership of the project and receive valuable insight and training:
A thorough understanding of system intent and operations
How to tweak operations for maximum efficiency
Assistance with forms, methods and means for appropriate documentation of the commissioning process
A cost effective alternative to full commissioning
FULL COMMISSIONING SERVICES
